Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Fees will be charged, based on the type of order placed. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. We will notify you about shipping costs, and we will require confirmation before placing the order.
Shipment by UPS: We ship via UPS Ground throughout the continental US.
Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-back ordered items in the continental US. Please call your nearest branch for emergency orders.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together, if possible.
Returns and Exchanges
General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date.
Customer pays all return shipping charges.
If you receive a part in error, we will replace it with the correct ordered part, email a shipping label to return the incorrect part, and pay to ship the correct part to you.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Items classified non-returnable by our vendor are not acceptable for credit.
No returns without permission.
Returns must include packing list or invoice number, and items must be unopened, in original packaging, in saleable condition.
Parts must be returned or shipped back to the MBR branch where the item was purchased.
A 20% handling charge is added to all returns made within 90 days of the purchase date. A 25% handling charge is added to all returns made 90 days after the purchase date.
No parts are eligible for return after one year from date of purchase.
Special order parts are not returnable.
Electrical components are not returnable.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return your parts prepaid to the location they were purchased from. Insure the shipment for the full value of the item(s). We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders as required by law.
Payment Methods
Orders are accepted via a secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases are verified for your protection.
Backorders Items
If an item is back ordered, we will notify you via email. When backordered shipments are scheduled for delivery more than 30 days after the order date, we will notify you via email and give you the option to cancel the order.
