Compact Equipment Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Miller Bradford & Risberg has created a new
opportunity for our Marathon location. This position is responsible for all sales
activities, from lead generation through the close of the sale. This individual will
work with the entire sales team to ensure we are achieving the highest customer
satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company

Asphalt Equipment Specialist
Job Description
- Assist Territory Sales Managers in demonstrations,
quotes, product deliveries, set-up and training our customers.
- Develop, train, and support the sales and product support team. Share knowledge that
will strengthen our market share.
- Visit current MBR customers and prospect’s locations, both individually and with the
Territory Sales Managers & PSSR’s to foster customer relationships.
- Assist sales team and PSSR’s in generating sales & service leads in MBR’s paving,
milling, reclaiming, stabilization, and HTR (Heavy Tandem Roller) business.
- Be MBR’s asphalt product expert and be up to date on all Bomag products, selling
features and competitive features.
- Provide product training to MBR customer’s.
- Gather, analyze, and report competitive and business developments and develop an
annual business plan for asphalt products for the Vice President of Sales.
- Attend training sessions and industry trade shows as required to stay informed about
the latest developments in the field.
Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant asphalt paving, milling, and/or compaction experience.
- Knowledge of construction equipment industry a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Additional skill requisites:

department within the assigned branch location.

Parts Counter Sales Representative

Requirements

Duties:
- Upon greeting the customers, check in or check out equipment per procedure
- Record all information regarding rental per procedure
- Complete inspection form per procedure
- Note any damage to equipment & obtain photos of equipment per delivery and return of equipment
- Clean and power wash incoming and outgoing equipment
- Report any excessively dirty machines
- Check fuel and DEF fluid levels on equipment – need to be full upon delivery and return
- Basic service repair (e.g., oil changes, filter changes, remove and install bracket caps and shielding)
- Clean and maintain the shop area for customer service and safety

- Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities by building new relationships as well as leveraging existing relationships.
- Identify business opportunities by visiting prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
