Territory Sales Manager
Job Description
Reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through the close of the sale. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Customer segmentation based on fleet size, manufacturer and model purchased.

Washington, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, and Fond Du Lac Counties
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities by building new relationships as well as leveraging existing relationships.
- Identify business opportunities by visiting prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Prepare professional sales presentations and quotations for customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns regarding products, service, delivery, and invoicing.
- Work both in collaboration with the Compact Equipment Salesperson and PSSR to grow the collective sales of everyone and provide high levels of customer support.
- Be perceived by the customer as a sales consultant and problem solver, handling follow-up calls and customer problems effectively.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports per the request of the Branch Manager & VP of Sales.

Asphalt Equipment Specialist
Job Description
- Assist Territory Sales Managers in demonstrations, quotes, product deliveries, set-up and training our customers.
- Develop, train, and support the sales and product support team. Share knowledge that will strengthen our market share.
- Visit current MBR customers and prospect’s locations, both individually and with the Territory Sales Managers & PSSR’s to foster customer relationships.
- Assist sales team and PSSR’s in generating sales & service leads in MBR’s paving, milling, reclaiming, stabilization, and HTR (Heavy Tandem Roller) business.
- Be MBR’s asphalt product expert and be up to date on all Bomag products, selling features and competitive features.
- Provide product training to MBR customer’s.
- Gather, analyze, and report competitive and business developments and develop an annual business plan for asphalt products for the Vice President of Sales.
- Attend training sessions and industry trade shows as required to stay informed about the latest developments in the field.
Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant asphalt paving, milling, and/or compaction experience.
- Knowledge of construction equipment industry a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Additional skill requisites:
- Travel required as necessary within MBR branches and customer sites. Must be able to travel to Wisconsin, Michigan and Illinois with company vehicle.

Senior Accountant
Responsibilities (75%-Accounting/25%-Payroll):

Complete, analyze, and reconcile general accounting reports, ledgers, journals, and schedules

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Support equipment sales finance management

Prepare commission reporting including entry of commission data and maintaining commission spreadsheets

Process hourly and salaried payroll and support related functions including union reports, benefit billing reconciliation and GL posting

Manage fixed assets within the company

Own work order capitalization process with accounting manager

Calculate rental conversions for branch and territory managers for use in the sales process

Assist with monthly close process for accounting system, including journal entries and account reconciliations, and prepare monthly reporting package for ownership and branch managers

Coordinate financial and accounting software used by the company (IntelliDealer); initiate new processes and reports where necessary to streamline functions or expedite current reporting of data to project managers or leadership

Manage State and Federal filings on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (Sales and Use Tax, Annual Reports)

Prepare audit workpapers and work with Controller in support of annual audit from outside accounting firm
