Compact Equipment Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Miller Bradford & Risberg has created a new opportunity for our Marathon location. This position is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through the close of the sale. This individual will work with the entire sales team to ensure we are achieving the highest customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Corporate Parts Manager

Job Description
The Corporate Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing and standardizing parts operations across all Miller Bradford & Risberg (MBR) locations. This role ensures consistent processes, optimized inventory management, and alignment with the "MBR Way" while serving as a strategic advisor to the Vice President of Product Support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee parts operations across all MBR locations
  • Develop and implement standardized parts procedures, ordering processes, and inventory guidelines
  • Manage obsolete parts inventory, including consolidation, utilization, and disposal
  • Monitor inventory performance, lost sales, returns, credits, freight costs, and dealer-to-dealer transactions
  • Ensure compliance with OEM programs, procedures, pricing updates, and retail campaigns
  • Maintain parts data, pricing, discounts, and coding within Intellidealer (business software)
  • Analyze and distribute sales, inventory, and performance reports (including 60/90/120-day reports)
  • Serve as liaison between MBR parts operations and OEM partners
  • Provide training and support to branch parts employees; serve as corporate trainer for new Parts Managers
  • Organize, support, and reconcile the annual company-wide parts inventory
  • Lead in-person and virtual meetings; attend OEM training and industry events as required
  • Travel quarterly to branch locations and as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Parts Management
  • Strong knowledge of parts operations, inventory control, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, OneDrive) and parts management systems (Intellidealer) preferred
  • Experience working with AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Copilot
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and mentor peers

Service Manager

The Service Manager reports to the Branch Manager and will manage the service department at our Sussex, WI branch location. This top position is responsible for management of subordinates, forecasting and planning, employee relations and team development and customer service/sales and marketing.

Requirements
Success in this position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in service operations and labor with experience in selling at a management level. A strong working knowledge of construction equipment operations and mechanical functions. Solid shop floor management knowledge and experience. Good understanding of financial reporting principles. Solid understanding of pricing and discounting effects. Good business acumen. Ability to lead and mentor subordinates and leadership skills in a specialized repair environment. Excellent communication skills, solid customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, work independently, and a can-do attitude. Must be highly organized. Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
This position reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for assisting the service department within the assigned branch location.

  5. Warranty repairs
  6. Rental/Lease maintenance and repairs

Product Support Sales Representative

Responsibilities
The Product Support Sales Representative will report to the Branch Manager to build and sell the parts and services business for the territory and branch operations. This position is responsible for the coverage, retention, development and customer satisfaction within a sales territory. The Product Support Sales Rep must be able to travel to customer locations in a company vehicle to cover a large geographic sales territory. You will need to travel into the De Pere, WI branch location as needed.

Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school, or equivalent experience in sales, service and parts. It is required that this individual have strong selling skills and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities and by building new relationships as well as leveraging existing relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities by visiting prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
