Compact Equipment Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Miller Bradford & Risberg has created a new
opportunity for our Marathon location. This position is responsible for all sales
activities, from lead generation through the close of the sale. This individual will
work with the entire sales team to ensure we are achieving the highest customer
satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company
vision and values. The individual will be responsible for the territory in the following
counties: Marathon & Wood County.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are
searching for a candidate who exhibits:
- Ability to build prospects and business relationships

Responsibilities
The Branch Manager must maintain and champion a

This position has full profit/loss accountability for the DeForest, WI branch. Key
performance measures for this senior leadership position include sales of equipment,
rentals, service & parts. Performance metrics including efficiency and productivity,
customer satisfaction and absorption are key drivers and owned by the Branch Manager.
Personal involvement with key accounts, leadership and development of employees and
being a steward of company assets and image are critical to this role. The position will
provide a work environment that will optimize the profitable growth of the branch, the
employees, and the satisfaction of our customers. The right individual will lead the
branch development and deployment of a comprehensive sales strategy built on MBR's
goals, values, and mission. This position will report to the CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics is
required. Must have sales skills and knowledge, understanding of equipment technology,
the ability to motivate and facilitate teamwork, attention for detail, and a commitment
to excellence.
Proven managerial ability including leading, coaching, and development of team.
Knowledge of financing and accounting is preferred.

The Product Support Sales Representative will

retention, development, and customer satisfaction within a sales territory. The Product
Support Sales Rep must be able to travel to customer locations in a company vehicle to
cover a large geographic sales territory. You will need to travel into the Eau Claire,
WI branch location as needed.
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year
college/technical school, or equivalent experience in sales, service and parts. It is
required that this individual have strong selling skills and interpersonal
communications skills.
Valid driver`s license with acceptable driving history.

Territory Sales Manager
Job Description
Reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for all sales activities, from lead
generation through the close of the sale. Works within the sales and support teams for
the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account
goals in line with company vision and values. Customer segmentation based on fleet size,
manufacturer and model purchased.

Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities and by building new relationships as well as leveraging existing relationships.
- Identify business opportunities by visiting prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Prepare professional sales presentations and quotations for customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns regarding products, service, delivery, and invoicing.
- Work both in collaboration with the Compact Equipment Salesperson and PSSR to grow the collective sales of everyone and provide high levels of customer support.
- Be perceived by the customer as a sales consultant and problem solver, handling follow-up calls and customer problems effectively.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports per the request of the Branch Manager & VP of Sales.
- Involve in local trade associations to network and further develop solid customer relationships.
- Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to employees, clients, and prospects.
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone solicitation, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Achieve and/or exceed annual sales objectives (new unit sales by manufacturer and used equipment dollar volume).
